Design department executes designing works of outside power supply networks till 20 kV, reconstruction of distribution devices and transformer substations, designing of boards and power equipment, electrical light, lightning protection and earthing for the buildings of different purposes. The department also designs automated systems of management of technological processes at industrial enterprises, the fire detection systems and the systems of automated fire extinguishing, smoke removal, television surveillance, access control and other networks of low voltage. The management is executed using modern microprocessor controllers of low and medium level as well as industrial and personal computers of the highest level of management. The structure of construction of automated management systems and fire detection systems and systems of automated fire extinguishing demands the use of modern means of processing, transfer and reflection of information. Specialized computer programs are used in design of projects.
